We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns must be authorized before being shipped. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at starseedtexas@gmail.com. We may request photographs and additional information to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Fresh produce and other perishable food products
  • Custom, personalized, or special-order items
  • Personal care, wellness, or beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Fresh Produce Sales

All fresh produce sales are final.

Fresh produce transactions are subject to the provisions of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) and applicable USDA regulations.

Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh produce, returns, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or refunds are not accepted once product has been loaded onto the carrier.

All produce sales are quoted and sold FOB McAllen, Texas unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for inspecting produce upon receipt and reporting any concerns promptly in accordance with PACA requirements and industry standards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.
