1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, package weight, and order size.

Estimated delivery times for Wellness & Healthy Menu products:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Canada Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders and promotional campaigns. Eligibility requirements will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available in the carrier's system.

5. Shipping Areas

Starseed Texas Co. LLC currently ships eligible products throughout the United States and Canada.

Availability of products and shipping services may vary by destination.

6. Canada Orders

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by Canadian authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Fresh Produce Orders (FOB Texas)

Fresh produce offered through Starseed Texas Co. LLC is sold separately from our Wellness & Healthy Menu products.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fresh produce sales are quoted and sold FOB McAllen, Texas (USA).

Under FOB terms, the buyer is responsible for arranging transportation, freight charges, and assumes all risk of loss once the product has been loaded onto the carrier at the shipping point.

The shipping rates, delivery times, tracking services, and free shipping promotions described in this policy apply only to eligible Wellness & Healthy Menu products and do not apply to fresh produce transactions.

For fresh produce orders, pricing, availability, freight coordination, and pickup instructions, customers should contact us directly.

8. Fresh Produce Terms & PACA Notice

All fresh produce transactions are subject to the provisions of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA), 1930, as amended (7 U.S.C. § 499a et seq.), and applicable USDA regulations.

Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh produce, all fresh produce sales are final and non-returnable. Returns, cancellations, credits, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted once the product has been loaded onto the carrier, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for inspecting product count, condition, temperature, and quality upon receipt. Any claims regarding shortages, damage, condition, or quality must be reported promptly and documented in accordance with PACA regulations and accepted industry practices.

Failure to inspect product upon receipt or provide timely notice of any claim may constitute acceptance of the shipment and waiver of certain rights or remedies.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Starseed Texas Co. LLC is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.

10. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your Wellness & Healthy Menu order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

While we work with reputable carriers, Starseed Texas Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
